  • 4 chicken legs
  • 150g chorizo
  • 50 g feta cheese (goat feta)
  • 500 g triplets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Have the butcher remove the legs so that the bone is exposed. Cut the chorizo ​​into not-too-fine rings. Crumble the feta and add it to the legs. Place some chorizo ​​into the legs. Fold the legs together and secure with string or toothpicks. Wash the new ribs and halve or quarter them, depending on their size. Then add olive oil and mix well. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the remaining chorizo ​​slices and potatoes in a roasting pan. Place the chicken legs on top of the potatoes. Roast in the oven (bottom rack) for 45 to 60 minutes.
