a recipe for the oven

Required equipment: Two coated pizza pans with rims (28 cm diameter). First, prepare a tomato sauce from the passata, pizza seasoning, a little salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. For the pizza dough, mix the flour with the eggs, sour cream, and salt using a mixer. Cut the ham and salami into nice-sized pieces and the mushrooms into wafer-thin slices. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to each pizza pan and spread it lightly with a paper towel. Divide the dough between the two pans and, using a hand moistened with water, shape from the inside out toward the edge. Drizzle the tomato sauce over the dough. Spread the grated cheese evenly on the pizzas, top with the salami and ham first, and add the mushrooms last to cook them and release some of the water. Bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes, or until the desired degree of browning is reached. Use a spatula to loosen and remove the pizza. When it comes to toppings, the sky’s the limit!
