Jelly with pieces, makes about 15 jars
Peel and core the apples and chop them, e.g., using a Quickchef. Combine the juice, apple pieces, gelling sugar, and citric acid (you can also use liquid concentrate or the juice of 2 lemons; season to taste!) in a saucepan with a capacity of at least 6 liters. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Boil gently for 3 minutes, then pour into well-cleaned jam jars with twist-off lids. Close the lids and turn upside down for at least 5 minutes. Turn over, let cool, and enjoy.
