Salad with yogurt sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g sprouts (mung bean sprouts)
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp onion(s), finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • some tomato ketchup or paprika paste if needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean the mung bean sprouts. Season the finely chopped onion with salt and let stand for 5 minutes. Pat the onion dry with kitchen paper. Mix with yogurt, salt, pepper, and ketchup. Arrange the sprouts in portions on plates, drizzle with the yogurt dressing, and serve.
