Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 large marshmallows
- 8 thin chocolate bars, dark
- 16 chocolate cookies
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 14 minutes
Dessert from the grill
Place a marshmallow on each metal skewer and set aside. Prepare the grill for direct grilling and heat it up thoroughly. When the coals are hot, hold the skewers directly over the embers and toast the marshmallows evenly for 2-4 minutes, rotating the skewers constantly. Place a piece of chocolate on the flat bottom of a cookie. Slide a hot marshmallow from the skewer onto the chocolate. Place a second cookie with the flat bottom on top of the marshmallow to form a sandwich. Wait a few seconds until the marshmallow has melted the chocolate. Now eat the s’mores like a sandwich.
