Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 apples, red, sweet
  • 130 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 45 g cane sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla flavor
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 handful of raisins or cranberries
  • 50 g almond flour
  • 15 g oat flakes
  • 20 g cane sugar
  • 15 g butter, melted

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

for the Philips Airfryer; quick and easy

Cut off the tops of the apples and then hollow out each one with a spoon so that the base remains relatively thick and nothing can leak out. The insides of the apples shouldn’t be too thin either. Beat the egg with the sugar until very fluffy and add the cinnamon and vanilla extract. Stir in the quark, stirring constantly. Finally, add the raisins and mix the whole mixture very lightly. Place the apples in the air fryer basket and carefully fill with the quark mixture. For a delicious crumble topping, mix the ground almonds with the sugar, oats and butter until smooth and cover the apples. Close the air fryer and set the oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, check the apples briefly and bake for another 10 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius. Serve immediately.
