Smoked pork with rösti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of smoked pork
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 250 g cheese, grated
  • 1 can pineapple, in pieces
  • 1 pack of Rösti dough or potato pancake dough
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Grease a shallow baking dish and place the smoked pork slices side by side. Whisk the crème fraîche, cheese, cream, and hash brown batter in a mixing bowl. Place the pineapple on the smoked pork and pour the batter over it. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 20 minutes.
