Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 ml juice (elderberry juice)
- 250 ml lemon juice
- 1 package of gelling sugar, 2:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook everything according to the package instructions. Pour into jars, turn upside down, and let it cook for about 30 minutes. Turn the jars upside down again. Label and you’re done.
