Apple gratin with nuts and grapes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 30 g hazelnuts
  • 30 g almonds
  • 30 g pistachios
  • 250 g seedless grapes
  • 4 apples, sour
  • lemon juice
  • 1 cup raisins soaked in rum
  • 300 g yogurt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest, grated
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Roughly chop all the nuts, halve the grapes, peel, core, and thinly slice the apples. Immediately drizzle with lemon juice. Layer the grapes in a greased baking dish and scatter the rum raisins on top. Mix the yogurt with the eggs, honey, vanilla sugar, and lemon zest well and spread over the apples. Sprinkle the nuts on top and dot with butter. Bake at 190°C for 10-20 minutes.
