Baked apple with vanilla pudding

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 apples, sweet
  • 1 pkt. pudding powder, vanilla
  • 3 tsp jam (strawberry jam)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ liter of milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dad’s recipe

Peel and core the apples (but leave the apple whole), then place them in a baking dish. First, fill each with 1 tablespoon of jam, then with vanilla pudding. Pour the remaining vanilla pudding around the apples. Bake in the oven at approximately 180 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes. (If the apple isn’t yet soft, leave it in a little longer.) Finally, sprinkle with cocoa powder.
