Strawberry Snickers Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,200 g strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 300 g chocolate bar (Snickers)
  • 500 g gelling sugar (3:1)

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Thaw the strawberries if frozen. Discard the liquid and then puree, or puree immediately if fresh. Place in a saucepan, then add the gelling sugar. Let it boil for about 4 minutes. Then add the chopped Snickers to the pan and let it boil for another minute. Pour the jam into the prepared jars and turn upside down.
