Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g pasta, short
- 150 g cooked ham
- 4 eggs
- 375 ml milk
- salt and pepper
- 200 g peas (frozen)
- 125 g cheese (17% fat), grated
- Water (salt water)
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Dice the ham. Whisk the eggs and milk with the spices. Pour the pasta, ham, and peas into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes.
