Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g margarine
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Beat the margarine and sugar until fluffy. Then add the vanilla sugar and eggs and continue beating for 1 minute. Gradually stir in the flour until a smooth batter forms. Pour about 1 to 1.5 tablespoons per waffle onto the waffle iron and bake until golden brown.
