Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 flatbread(s)
- 2 cups cream cheese, natural
- 8 tomatoes
- 300 g cooked ham
- e.g. feta cheese
- 2 bell peppers, red or yellow
- n. B. herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
for 8 pieces
Cut the flatbread in half to create two layers. Spread the layers generously with cream cheese. Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on top. Dice the cooked ham and arrange them on top, then slice the bell peppers and arrange them as well. You can leave them out if you don’t like them. Crumble feta cheese over the top. You can also add fresh herbs to taste. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes. If you only need one layer, simply halve the ingredients.
