Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries, cleaned
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, good quality
  • 3 tbsp blackcurrant
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, good quality
  • Pepper, coarse black, freshly ground
  • Parmesan, shaved
  • 1 handful of basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

a sophisticated little starter

Thinly slice the strawberries and arrange them on plates. Mix the balsamic vinegar and cassis and drizzle over the strawberries. Drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper. Sprinkle freshly shaved Parmesan cheese and basil over the strawberries just before serving.
