Creamed peppers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green, cut into strips
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • 1 stalk(s) leek, cut into rings
  • 100 ml broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • some butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sauté the onions in a little butter. Add the bell peppers, tomatoes, and leeks and deglaze with the broth. Let everything simmer for about 15 minutes. Then add the sour cream (do not let it boil any longer, or the whole thing will curdle!) and season with spices. This dish goes well with rice and minute steaks.
