Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 6 eggs
- 250 g ground almonds
- 100 g flour
- Cake icing (chocolate icing)
- 200 g chocolate

delicious and super easy
Make a foam mixture from butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs. Melt 200g of chocolate, let it cool slightly, and stir it into the foam mixture. Finally, add the almonds and flour. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Spread the melted icing over the cooled cake.
