Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 packs of mascarpone
- 8 eggs
- Sugar
- brandy
- Cocoa powder
- Ladyfingers
- Coffee, strong
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 2 days; Total time approx. 2 days 30 minutes
Mix the mascarpone with the eggs and sugar. Dip the sponge fingers in the white wine and coffee mixture and place them in a dish. Pour the egg mixture over the sponge fingers. Sprinkle with cocoa powder using a sieve. Layer as often as desired, depending on the quantity. Refrigerate for 1-2 days.
