Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 braised cucumbers
  • 2 small onions
  • 300 g lean minced meat, can be omitted
  • 2 small potatoes
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp mustard, grainy
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp rapeseed oil
  • 100 ml broth
  • 1 bunch of dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cut the cucumbers and potatoes into pieces and sauté them in a deep pan with the diced onions and meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour in the broth and simmer until the potatoes and cucumbers are tender. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, season with dill, and finish with 1 tablespoon of sour cream.
