  • some flour
  • 50 g cheese, grated (young Gouda)
  • possibly cooked ham
  • possibly milk
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Garlic
  • 500 g tortellini, fresh

Prepare the tortellini according to the package instructions. Melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in the flour a spoonful at a time, until it forms a fairly thick paste, and brown until light brown. While stirring constantly, add enough cream to create a slightly creamy sauce. Add the cheese, stirring constantly. If the sauce becomes too thick, thin with a little milk. If you like, add the sliced ​​cooked ham. Season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and garlic. Drain the tortellini and serve with the sauce.
