Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 100g salami
- 100 g cooked ham
- 200 g spaghetti, cooked
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 pinch of garlic salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- Salt
- 125 g cheese, grated
- 8 slices of wholemeal toast
- Tomato ketchup
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Children’s recipe
Peel and finely dice the onions. Dice the salami and ham. Roughly chop the cooked spaghetti. Heat the fat in a pan and fry the diced onions. Add the salami, ham, and spaghetti and fry. Mix the tomato paste into the pasta and season with salt and garlic salt. Finally, fold in the oregano, parsley, and half of the cheese. Toast the bread, place them on a baking sheet, and spread the pasta mixture on top. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Place the pasta toast under the preheated grill for 4-5 minutes and garnish with tomato ketchup before serving.
