Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g asparagus, green
- 200g spaghetti
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 handful of bacon, diced
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Trim the dry, woody ends of the asparagus. If desired, peel some of the ends as well. Peel and mince the garlic. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the asparagus for about 8 minutes. Then add the garlic and bacon and fry over lower heat for another 4-5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Arrange the spaghetti on a plate, add the asparagus and bacon, and drizzle with a little olive oil.
