Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 fish fillets (pollock fillet)
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 ball of mozzarella or other cheese
- 1 small onion(s)
- e.g. breadcrumbs
- basil
- Garlic
- oregano
- lemon juice
- oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Add a little oil to a baking dish. Season the fish with salt and pepper, place it in the dish, and drizzle with lemon juice. Peel the tomatoes, garlic, and onion and chop them finely, as well as the peppers. Spread everything over the fish. Add the basil and oregano and sprinkle the cheese over the fish. Cover everything with breadcrumbs. Bake at 180°C until everything is nice and crispy brown.
