Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 450 g white beans, from the can, drained
- 1 tsp thyme leaves
- 2 tbsp sour cream, 24% fat
- Salt and pepper, white, from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Heat oil in a pan, fry garlic, and stir in the white beans and thyme. Stir in the sour cream, blend with a hand blender, and season with salt and pepper.
