Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g pasta (spirelli)
  • 300 g bacon (belly bacon)
  • margarine
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Herbs of Provence
  • some cream cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

nice and hearty

Cook the pasta in salted water. Drain. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Melt some margarine in a pan and fry the bacon. Then add the pasta. Season with salt, pepper, and the herbs. Sprinkle some cream cheese over the pasta and let it melt with the lid on. Mix well again and serve hot. A lettuce goes very well with the pasta.
