Peach and yogurt dish

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • 1 can peach(s)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • e.g. milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Drain the peaches, reserving the liquid in a measuring jug. Pour in 400 ml of milk. Mix the custard powder with a little of the liquid. Pour the remaining liquid into a saucepan, bring to a boil, then stir in the mixed powder. Bring the mixture to a boil and allow it to thicken. Remove from the heat and let cool. Pour the yogurt into a bowl. Add the cooled mixture and stir well. Cut the peaches into small pieces and stir in. Let it chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
