Hot chocolate with Baileys and milk foam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml milk
  • 30 ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • 30 g chocolate, dark
  • 40 ml milk foam
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the milk with the broken chocolate pieces in a small saucepan. Pour the Baileys into a tall glass. Add the hot milk chocolate, froth the milk, and place it on top. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top, if you like.
