Hot chocolate with almond milk

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bottle of almond milk (almond drink)
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 200 g block chocolate
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder
  • possibly whipped cream
  • lots of chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Halve the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds. Pour the almond milk into a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add the vanilla seeds and pod to the milk; you can also add the cinnamon for flavor. Meanwhile, chop the chocolate block into small pieces. Once the milk boils, reduce the heat, add the chocolate, and stir continuously until melted. Serve in a mug. Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top, and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles, if desired.
