Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g beef (beef rump)
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp red wine
- 1 tsp cognac
- 1 tsp cornstarch (cornflour)
- ½ tsp tomato puree
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- some salt and pepper, from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Combine soy sauce, red wine, cognac, and cornstarch. Add tomato puree, paprika, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Add the meat, cut into 1 cm thick, 3 cm wide, and 4 cm long strips, and mix. Marinate for about 30 minutes. You can also marinate and sear the meat in this way for a salad.
