Lamb spare ribs in honey-chili marinade

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 ribs of lamb
  • salt and pepper
  • Honey
  • chili powder
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

Place the spare ribs on a plate or bowl. Season with salt and pepper and rub with honey for at least 3 minutes. Sprinkle with chili powder and rub in the same amount. Pour the olive oil over the spare ribs. Turn each rib over briefly. Stretch cling film over the meat and let it stand in the refrigerator for 12 hours. After 12 hours, the marinade will have fully absorbed. Then grill or fry briefly in a frying pan. The ribs should not be cooked all the way through, but should still be slightly pink on the inside.
