  • 100g bacon
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • oil
  • some parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat the oil in a nonstick pan and fry the bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon and sauté the sliced ​​shallot until translucent. Add the spaetzle and bacon and sauté over medium heat for 5 minutes. Finely dice the mozzarella, add it, and stir well. Once the cheese has melted, add the diced tomato. Season with parsley, salt, and pepper.
