- 150 g chicory
- 15 g salt (carrot-celery)

Cut the chicory into small pieces and preheat the oven to 80°C fan/convection oven. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and spread the chopped chicory on it. Place the baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven and let it dry for 3 x 30 minutes. Place a wooden spoon in the door and turn everything over after 30 minutes. After 90 minutes, turn the oven off and leave the mixture in until it cools down. Place the dried mixture in a coffee grinder and grind to the desired fineness. Add 15g of carrot and celery salt, mix well, and pour into a small jar.
