Crayfish meat in garlic sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g crayfish (crayfish meat)
  • 5 cloves garlic, or 1/2 Chinese garlic
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 150 ml white wine, possibly Riesling
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the crayfish meat and pat dry with kitchen paper. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the crayfish meat until well browned. Add the sliced ​​garlic and sauté for 10 minutes. Deglaze with white wine, add the chopped chili, chopped parsley, and tomato paste. Allow to reduce slightly and transfer to a greased, ovenproof dish. Bake in the oven at 220°C for approximately 10 minutes. Serve with baguette or rice.
