Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g crayfish (crayfish meat)
- 5 cloves garlic, or 1/2 Chinese garlic
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 150 ml white wine, possibly Riesling
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the crayfish meat and pat dry with kitchen paper. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the crayfish meat until well browned. Add the sliced garlic and sauté for 10 minutes. Deglaze with white wine, add the chopped chili, chopped parsley, and tomato paste. Allow to reduce slightly and transfer to a greased, ovenproof dish. Bake in the oven at 220°C for approximately 10 minutes. Serve with baguette or rice.
