Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g banana(s)
- 400 g apples
- 100 ml orange juice
- 300 g gelling sugar 3:1
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the bananas and apples into pieces and cook them in a saucepan with orange and lemon juice until soft. Puree the mixture. Add the gelling sugar and cook for another 1-2 minutes. While still hot, pour into clean, sterilized jars.
