Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g glass noodles
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 large carrot(s)
  • 2 turkey schnitzels or chicken breast
  • Maggi
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp tomato paste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 25 minutes

simple and delicious

Cut the bell pepper, carrot, and turkey cutlet into small cubes. Fry the turkey cutlets in a little oil and season with salt, pepper, and tomato paste. Add the carrot and bell pepper and fry. Meanwhile, cook the glass noodles according to the package instructions. Mix all ingredients together. Season the salad with Maggi to taste. It’s best to refrigerate the salad overnight for a more intense flavor.
