Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 20 m.-sized potatoes
- 10 slices of cheese
- 10 slices of ham
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Wash or peel the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into a fan-shaped incision, but don’t cut all the way through, and place some cheese and ham alternately into the incisions. Place in a greased casserole dish and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 60 minutes. Serve.
