- some cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes
Peel the kiwi and mandarin orange and cut into small pieces. Whisk the egg in a cup with a fork and add the cinnamon. Briefly fry the fruit in a non-stick pan, then add the egg and stir until set. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon. This can also be made with other fruits.
