Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g rice
- 400 g chicken breast
- 4 slice(s) pineapple from the can
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp pineapple juice
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp curry
- Salt
- Pepper from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the rice. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and fry in oil, then cut into strips. Mix the rice and chicken with the diced pineapple slices. Prepare the dressing and mix with the other ingredients.
