Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g tomatoes, dried
  • 250 g sea salt
  • 2 chili peppers, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely chop everything in a food processor, spread the fine powder on a baking sheet, and let it dry again. Air dry for about 24 hours, or in an oven at about 50°C for about 1 hour on the middle rack without fan. Store in airtight jars until ready to use.
