Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 jar salad cream (Miracle Whip Balance)
- 500 g pasta shells
- 1 ring/s of meat sausage
- 1 jar cucumber(s) (cucumber sticks)
- 4 onions
- 6 eggs, hard-boiled
- curry powder
- Paprika powder
- 1 small bottle(s) of curry ketchup, approx. 300 ml
- n. B. Cucumber liquid, approx. 1/4 of the broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 35 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions and then let it cool. Add the salad dressing to the salad bowl. Add the cucumber juice (tip: add the cucumber juice to the empty jar of salad dressing to get the recipes out of the jar). Season with plenty of curry powder and paprika, then add the entire bottle of curry ketchup. Mix everything together. Dice the onions, cucumbers, and sausage and add to the salad dressing. Stir everything well. Add the cold pasta in portions and mix well. Peel the eggs, quarter them lengthwise, and place them on top as a garnish. Tips: Sprinkle parsley over the salad for a nicer look. It’s best to let the salad sit in the fridge for a day. This is how it tastes best.
