Suitable for athletes, but also for children. Delicious, filling, and healthy.
Grind the oats. Then mix well with the egg, protein powder, and milk. Heat a pan with oil, add a little oatmeal, and spread it evenly. Cook until golden brown on both sides. These ingredients make 4-6 pancakes, about enough for one person. Without protein powder, for example, for children: Replace the protein powder with vanilla sugar and a little sugar (e.g., 1 level tablespoon), to taste.
