Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250g tortellini
- 70 g olives, black
- 70 g olives, green
- 60 g tomatoes, dried in oil
- ½ bunch basil or parsley
- 20 g pine nuts
- salt and pepper
- Balsamic vinegar
- Cream of balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Depending on the filling of the tortellini, also vegetarian
Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain the olives and slice into rings. Drain the tomatoes and slice very finely. Finely chop the herbs. Mix all ingredients together and season with salt, pepper, and vinegar.
