Apricot mustard with honey and apple cider vinegar

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g mustard flour, yellow
  • 50 g mustard seeds, brown, crushed
  • 250 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 300 ml apricot juice
  • 2 tbsp, leveled salt
  • 2 ½ tbsp honey
  • 200 g apricot(s), dried
  • 1 ½ onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • some chili

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Briefly bring the apricots to a boil with the vinegar, juice, and spices. Let cool slightly, then puree. Stir in the brown mustard first, then add enough yellow mustard until the desired consistency is reached. Pour into sterile jars.
