Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1.2 kg strawberries
  • 300 ml wine
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 1 lemon(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine everything in a sufficiently large saucepan and bring to a boil. After two minutes, remove the vanilla pod and cinnamon, then mash them with a magic wand. After another three minutes, test for settling (cook a little longer if necessary) and pour the jam into the prepared twist-off jars. Seal the jars immediately and let cool. This recipe actually works with just one packet of 2:1 gelling sugar and 100g of sugar.
