Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1,000 g carrot(s)
- 6 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
- 1 small bunch of parsley
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp honey, liquid

Portuguese-style carrot salad
Peel the carrots and cook until al dente. Once cooled, slice them. Finely chop the parsley, onion, and garlic. Mix the remaining ingredients into a dressing, add the onion and garlic. Mix everything with the carrots and fold in the parsley. It’s best to let it sit for several hours, which will enhance the flavor of the salad. Adjust seasoning if desired.
