Herbal Bread
The perfect herbal bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Flour
- 300 g Water
- 42 g Yeast
- 0,5 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 Teaspoon (level) Salt
- 1 medium-sized Fresh onion
- 2 Toes Fresh garlic
- 120 g Butter, soft
- Let the yeast swell in a little warm water and add a little sugar. Add to the remaining ingredients and stir the dough until smooth.
- Press the garlic, finely dice the onion, finely chop the parsley and mix all the ingredients for the topping.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Put the topping on it and distribute it evenly.
- Cut the dough into strips approx. 5 x 10 cm wide. If you have a smaller strip, roll it into a cone and place it in the middle of a greased springform pan. One strip after the other is placed on this dough cone. You always overlap the strips a little until the last one is processed.
- Once everything is lined up or layered, put the springform pan in a warm place, lightly dust the whole thing with flour and let the dough rise for another half hour.
- Bake the bread in the preheated oven on the middle rack at 200 ° C for about 25 – 30 minutes.
