Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pack of pudding powder (vanilla flavor) for cooking
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)
  • n. B. Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

quick and easy, also very tasty for children

Make a vanilla pudding from the milk, vanilla pudding powder, and sugar according to the package instructions. Let it cool. In the meantime, drain the mandarins. Puree the mandarins with a hand blender. Mix the pureed mandarins with the quark. Once the vanilla pudding has cooled, stir in the quark. If you like, you can also stir in the mandarin juice. I don’t do this, as the pudding would otherwise be too runny. Pour into a bowl and garnish with grated chocolate.
