Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ pineapple
- 100 g coconut milk
- ½ handful of cranberries, dried or fresh
- 10 leaves of fresh basil
- some water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
with cranberries
Roughly chop the pineapple, removing the hard part and the peel. Place the pieces in a blender along with the cranberries. Add the coconut milk and blend. When the smoothie begins to become creamy, add the basil and blend briefly. Then, if desired, thin with water. For garnish, place one pineapple piece and two pineapple leaves on a toothpick and place them on the rim of the glass. Place a few cranberries on top of the smoothie.
