Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced beef or mixed or Mett
- 2 onions, cut into rings
- 2 bell peppers, cut into strips
- 1 jar onion(s) (shell onions)
- 3 gherkins, cut into not too small cubes
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- 1 package of herbs (8-herb mixture, frozen)
- 1 cup of natural yogurt
- salt and pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- Chili powder or chili pepper(s)
- n. B. olive oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
and ground beef
Brown the minced meat in olive oil, add the peppers and onions, then the remaining ingredients, except for the yogurt. Let everything simmer for a bit, then season to taste. Finally, stir in the yogurt or add a dollop to each plate when serving.
