Leberkäse and bean pan with sweet mustard

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g Leberkäse, coarse
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 600 g beans, fresh
  • 600 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 bunch of savory
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp sweet mustard
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the onion and slice into rings. Dice the Leberkäse (meatloaf). Heat the oil in a pan, fry the Leberkäse (meatloaf) and onions until golden brown, then remove from the pan. Sauté the beans in the pan drippings. Deglaze with the vegetable stock, add the savory, and cook for about 10 minutes, until almost tender. Garnish with sour cream and sweet mustard. Add the Leberkäse (meatloaf) and onion rings and heat for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with boiled potatoes.
